1. Return Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
5. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
